Driver was late for pickup from the airport, so I had to phone him, which cost me 5$ on my mobile plan for overseas phone calls. When he dropped us off at the hotel he asked us for extra cash for the parking fee which was already paid, however when he was returning us back to the airport he did not even greet us due to my complaint about the service he provided.

Perfect solution to pick up guests. No risk of becoming a victim of the cab driver scam at the airport. My guests felt a warm welcome in an inspiring city.

It was very easy to deal with and very helpful service, will definitely use again when I next arrange travel in Russia

 I would like to thanks gracious heart and performance of the driver, Hyphen Tomilin, working on order# 201212001. It was a very specific job for the driver to find my brother without any point of contact and during the time of covid19 with all restrictions to enter Boryspil International Airport.

Arriving at Luton Airport there was no chauffeur, with a name sign, waiting for us. Luckily there was a very friendly man from the cabs at the airport that made some phone calls for us. Apparently the driver had problems with his car and another driver was sent to pick us up. This driver didn't speak English which made it difficult trying to explain ourselves to him.

An excellent service, the driver was very supportive and we had a good time, Organisation was perfect, even under 24h I could reach the manager via chat

It was a very good experience. Got Welcome cab from Almaty, flight was delayed an hour but the driver was still waiting there at 3am with a sign for me. Perfect English and got to the hotel safely. I will definitely be using this service again next time.
