We arrive at Luton Airport

We arrive at Luton Airport at 5 am. The customs procedures were short, probably due to the hour- and our driver was there, with the card and name on it, as agreed! It was very polite and trustworthy, and delivered the order and luggage at the hotel in a reasonable time.

Nobody to pick us up at the airport

Arriving at Luton Airport there was no chauffeur, with a name sign, waiting for us. Luckily there was a very friendly man from the cabs at the airport that made some phone calls for us. Apparently the driver had problems with his car and another driver was sent to pick us up. This driver didn't speak English which made it difficult trying to explain ourselves to him.

There was a change in the flight through no fault of my own,i promptly notified them of the change,was told there would be an adjustment to the fee.Then I was told there would be no adjustment.A!so,the driver was late,this was very incontinent as my phone does not work in Europe.very disappointing.
